We deliver tailor-made know-how in the fields of applied combustion and machine diagnostics. We want our customers to benefit directly from our services and to integrate them into their daily work. We listen carefully to our customers to find out what their concerns are and how we can help with our expertise.

We are an independent company and are not beholden to any third party (stakeholders, corporate holdings, OEM, etc.). We advise our customers as professionally as possible. Openly and honestly. We also address uncomfortable topics. We always represent an open, technically sound opinion. We try to work out the best possible solutions together with our customers.

Transparency

As mentioned above, we have no commercial or technical obligations to any third party. We exemplify transparency and honesty towards our customers and expect the same from our customers in return. We believe that only an open, honest and trustful cooperation can bring the best possible results.

Improvement

Open and honest communication also leads to critical tones. That is also good! We are not perfect, but we want to get as close as possible. We take criticism or comments from our customers very seriously, because that's the only way we can get better. We are constantly striving to improve our services, processes, expertise and internal and external procedures. We critically question ourselves on what we can improve. For this reason, we will also conduct customer surveys at regular intervals. Only honest feedback helps us to improve and then our customers also benefit from this.

Sustainability

The topic of sustainability is very important to us, both internally and externally. Our services are aimed precisely at this. We want to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our customers' machines. We achieve this by taking a comprehensive look at all machine-related information (operating data), mathematical analysis methods and our own expertise. Remote monitoring and analysis of data also allows us to provide customers with timely recommendations on how to optimize machine operation. Costly maintenance measures can thus be reduced, and necessary measures can be proactively planned or unnecessary ones avoided.

Our employees are experts in their field and have the relevant experience. But as we all know, you never stop learning. This means that we make sure that we keep up with the rapid technological developments and train our employees accordingly on an ongoing basis.

Our passion.

Lenja company was founded in 2019, so it is still a relatively young company without decades of tradition.

 

Nevertheless, our employees have a significantly longer experience from previous employment with companies in the energy and power plant market.

 

From countless plant visits and discussions with customers and operators of gas and steam power plants, we have developed a sense of what customers expect or what aspects are important to them.

 

This combination is our strength. Our claim and goal is to bundle and use our experience to develop targeted and future-oriented services and products for our customers.

 

We want to develop and offer solutions that are more efficient, more flexible, more modern and more customer-oriented.

 

The power plant sector and in particular the gas turbine segment still offers so much development potential in these aspects.

 

Our focus is on the operational optimization of gas turbines, i.e. for our work or expertise the machine has to run.

 

We firmly believe that with the help and use of current technologies from the field of data processing and data engnineering, this potential can be promoted and exploited.

 

Our passion is to develop new advanced solutions, applications and technologies to make gas turbine technology even more efficient, even cleaner, even more reliable and even more sustainable.
