On-Site Support / Gas turbine tuning

The goal of the project was to maximize the electrical output of the gas turbine to base load while not violating regulatory emission limits. A key point is that any optimization must be sustainable, i.e. ensure stable and available operation under all changing boundary conditions. 

 

Lenja increased the electrical output of the gas turbine by approximately 6 MW, which corresponds to a percentage power gain of 2.5%.

 

At the same time, NOx emissions (at increased power) were reduced by 35%.
